ATTENTION! In order to cancel an order that has not been sent to you but has been paid for (order status - "Payment accepted") please send us info@omniteksoprekyba.lt an e-mail with subject "Cancellation of order 00000XXXX" indicating:

  • Order number;

  • A bank account where refund should be transferred;

  • The invoice you received via e-mail when you paid for the order.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS

A product bought on www.omniteksas.lt can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. Refund of the money can take up to 15 working days from the day the goods are returned to us.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF THE GOODS

If you have decided to return the item you purchased contact us by e-mail info@omniteksoprekyba.lt. Please fill in and attach the return form (you can download it here) to your e-mail. Moreover, please add a photo of the proof of purchase - VAT invoice which you received together with the item.

To ensure an efficient return process, please send your goods only to the address above! Goods sent to post offices are not collected!

GOODS THAT ARE BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MUST THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • The item must be unused, unworn or otherwise damaged;

  • The product must have all attached labels;

  • The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and without losing its commercial appearance;

  • The product must be packed in a way that protects the product from damage during transportation.

ATTENTION! Initial shipping costs are not reimbursed in case of product exchange or return.

The shipping costs for returns or exchanges should be covered by the client.
